Base info:
You can choose only one scania_no_spoiler_v1.zip or scania_no_spoiler_v1_driver.zip not both together
For visible vabis steering wheel from outside you must choose scania_no_spoiler_v1. zip but steering wheel is visible only with one of those interior mods:

truck have new option for cabs without spoiler for buy a cabin ledder, fire extinguisher, spoilers, roof racks , painted tanks, those mods are not included with this pack.
